Aggressively unhelpful.  I went in to buy plumbing parts, and the dick behind the desk just said "you can look and see what you can find; I don't do this anymore."  Absolutely worthless.

Late in the day Friday emergency call, immediate response time.  Annie (office) and Stan, the technician, were knowledgeable and courteous.  We need some more work done and now know who to call.  Definitely recommend.

Company is great. More importantly Danny Foss was my technician. Very personable gentleman, and talked me through the whole process. Quick, clean work. Didn't make me feel like an idiot for the mistake I had caused. I would recommend Danny and Progressive Electric & Plumbing for any homeowner.
