Story

Come and see me, Kari Gansch, for a 1 hour session 3x's a week. This is a place where I will push you to do your best, be your best and never give up. You will get your butt kicked, in a GOOD way! We will have fun and you will NEVER be bored...come sweat off the stress of your day with me. You won't regret it. Classes include weigh ins, body measurements, BMI and fat %'s. I incorporate strength training and cardio...so you will lose weight and tone. YOU are the only one who can make the change...start today! Please message me on here with any questions you may have!

Certified Fitness Trainer, Boxing Instructor and Wellness Coach through ISSA. Also have CE certificates in 'Women's Weight Management' and 'Strength and Conditioning for the Combat Athlete', 'Body Image, Self Esteem' and 'Foam Rolling'. Currently working on becoming the only certified Precision Nutritionist in the area!
