Free Orientations: 45-60min appointment with trained staff to familiarize members with equipment. We will assess your goals and set up and help you set up a workout to work toward those goals from Day 1.

Free Fitness Assessments for ALL members: 45-60 min appointment with her Certified Personal Trainer consisting of 5 fitness assessments resulting in an overall Fit Score- great for beginners to assess current physical health to accomplish realistic goals- even more fun for advanced exercisers :) Call or Message me today to set up and appointment!

No Contracts: Our members have options to pay month-to-month membership starting at $31.95/mo or prepay for their membership in 3, 6, and 12 month increments. Our members can request to freeze their membership at anytime with no penalties and canceling your membership is as easy as giving us a 30 day notice.
