Always profesional, organized. We've been twice to Hot Springs Cove and we've always seen whales on the way there. Great captain! Not the last time we went.

Had fabulous trips for Black Bear and Gray Whales plus Sea Lions and Sea Otters. 
They were persuaded to put on a seabird pelagic which was highly successful and we saw Black footed Albatross Buller's Shearwaters and Fork-tailed Petrels to name but a few.

I enjoyed the service to Maquinna and would use this service over the previous group I used. Our captain was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. The bonus was that we saw many whales in both directions.

I  strongly recommend you do NOT book with these guys. We had booked a tour with them a month ago. They could not wait to collect the money from my credit card. We had organized our vacation to be that day on Vancouver island and drove all the way to Tofino. As we stepped into their office we were told by two, not very nice, girls: "Oh yeah, we were going to call you guys that the tour had been cancelled, because there are too few participants." And in an act of generosity, they offered the money back and expected me to say "Thank you".

Amazing crew! Super friendly and the skipper took his time..even stopped to show us a few spots on our way to the hot springs. Saw some wold life and whales. Got back to the office for hot tea :)
