Clayoquot Wild

Our group of four did the Hot Spring Cove tour. It included a great boardwalk hike and a few hours of whale watching during the travel up to the Cove. It was an unbelievable experience for all of us. Our guide James was polite and very knowledgeable of the area.

We did a whale tour with this company, the guide was great and was able to spot whales and follow them so we could catch a glimpse as well! My partner got seasick and would recommend taking something before going on the trip so you don't have to cut it short!

The trip was supposed to be 3 hours, but cut down to 2 hours!! Not a smooth ride at all. The Captain (yoojin) wasn't a good one . Not recommend!!!! Waste of time and money!

I'd recommend to anyone. We did the trip to the hot springs which was just amazing. What I enjoyed the most was the boat ride there and back. I really enjoyed all the scenery and the wildlife sightings. Our guide/captain James was amazing! Don't be deceived by his age, he is very knowledgeable of the waters and really knows his stuff. We felt safe and confident in his abilities, plus he did a wonderful job of making the trip very memorable. On the way back James was kind enough to circle back around Flores Island so that we could see grey whales which was truly amazing.

We went on the hot springs trip which also involved whale watching and also spotting sea lions and otters. Would highly recommend going with this company- they are incredibly knowledgeable and will ensure you have a great trip.
