Went to the Westwood Pub today and were able to get a beautiful corner table in the sun. We were pleasantly greeted, in a very timely manner, by our beautiful server Shannon. Shannon was on the ball the whole time we were there. She never let a glass go dry and was super friendly and honestly one of the sweetest servers we've experienced in a long time. It was a nice treat. We ordered the honey garlic wings to start sorry, so good I forgot the picture followed by a beef dip with fries and gravy every bite mouth watering delicious and a burger with wood chips as a side which are always a hit. Fantastic food, fantastic atmosphere and spectacular service . Thank you Shannon and the Westwood Pubkic House !!
Had the taco salad, was exactly what I know "your standard taco salad" to be. Everyone else who had the special enjoyed it. Great placeFood: 5/5
My fiance and I went there for dinner recently and everything was amazing. Our server was very attentive, and provided excellent service with a smile. Our dishes were cooked quickly and perfectly, and they tasted delicious. We were made to feel like a valued customer, which we appreciated. My only complaint was the pub was noisy, which for two autistics was somewhat overwhelming.
Used to love the Westwoods food but it has gone down hill. We ordered chicken wings and they were way over cooked and dry and not very good at all. The irsh nachos were cold by the time we got them which was also disappointing. I am writing this review in hopes the owner sees this and does something to bring back the amazing quality they used to deliver. For the $80 I spent on nachos and wings I would have hoped the quality would have matched the price tag but when it's $2/wing and they were dry and not good I am quite disappointed.... Also the mix platter would be so much better if it had irish nachos instead of wood chips... if you don't want to do that atleast allow for a substitution with an up charge....
Good food and reasonable price. Family went here for dinner and got a variety of meals. Then though the place was packed the noise was not bad. Would recommend for a easy meal with variety for the whole group.
My server spent half the time eating chips and kissing her boyfriend....Food was mediocre, got the woods burger, they charged me for cheese and bacon witch made no scene and the gravy was bland.. The wife got nachos and asked to have the toppings layered throughout as opposed to just slapped on top and they never did that. We asked for guacamole spread on top and they didn't even bring us any until like 10-15min after we got it. Cooks in the back are rocking beards with no beard net on. Customer service wasn't the best. Bar tender served me a beer that was half foam and didn't taste like the bud I order! Super unhappy with this place!
Great north American style pub atmosphere. Complete with ample TV's and a very blue collar vibe. Staff are friendly and very competent servers. Beer selection is pretty diverse, definitely something you'll like. Food is predictably average. Pretty sure everything comes straight off the Cisco or GFS truck. Occasional live music and consistently busy, it's a great pub choice in PG.
Incredible place to have lunch! The servers are professional and ours was no amateur. Always made sure we had everything we needed and left us alone when we were stuffing our faces with delish food and Guiness.
Great service, okay food. Atmosphere could use a little updating.
Between 3 of us we shared their mixed platter...it was definitely enough food for all of us. The waitresses were very friendly, it was very clean and the tables were well spaced out.
