We absolutely love Mr. Mikes. Our family goes regularly and for special occasions and Mr. Mike's has never let us down. Steak always cooked EXACTLY how we enjoy it and food is always filling and tasty. Highly, highly recommend!Food: 5/5
Bruschetta was great, slightly pricey for its portions.
Mr Mikes Prince george has been a staple in my life with my sister, friends, or co-workers for over 13 years. The staff is always friendly and personable no matter how busy, and you never wait for a new drink. The management team helps for sure. Food is 10/10 every time, and if by chance something isn't ok with my meal, it's always replaced in a timely fashion. I always walk away with a dessert sticky toffee pudding just the best thing around, haha thanks to the whole team for keeping a lovely place.
Always enjoy coming here, it's always high on the family's list when we go out for dinner. Never had a bad dish here. House beer is great. The appy-hour on Thursdays has great deals. Probably the best restaurant Bruschetta we have ever had- don't get the small, it's a mistake. You won't regret the large. The Double stuffed potato is a great add to any meal.
They can't figure out basic condiments they bring me a steak and lobster tail brought no garlic butter so I ask for garlic butter they bring me unmelted garlic butter. all I expect are the basics when I'm paying 60$ for a dish and all they had was chipotle ranch for my hotwings. Everything els was good but kinda ruined my experience is all for the money you. Gotta pay
Great service, our new favorite spot! Highly recommend the spinach dip, only wish there was more! Edit - Have been coming here for a few years now and have had a good experience every time. Waitresses have always been nice, services is always fast even when it's busy and one of the best steaks in town
First time dining here and to be honest, my husband and I were very let down. We came to celebrate our anniversary and after reading the many good reviews, thought we would be in for a nice dinner out. First off, our drinks. For the price of an alcoholic drink here, you couldn't taste alcohol in either, and we aren't big drinkers. These drinks were excessively watered down to the point where we had to ask if we had accidentally gotten a non alcoholic version. So unless you're ordering straight liquor, wine etc, stay away from the cocktails. Next up came our appetizer . We had the sirloin bites, which were tasty, though a little overdone. They could have used a little less cooking and they would have been perfect. Our mains were probably the biggest disappointments. My husband ordered the seafood pasta, and the noodles were so overcooked they were like mush. He said it also tasted like someone forgot to add salt. I ordered a filet mignon with garlic herb butter on top, done medium rare. I received a steak with some kind of gravy on top, that had very hard, overcooked pieces of bacon in it. I asked our waitress for what I ordered and she argued with me stating this was what I had ordered. She then proceeded to state that the filet automatically comes with this gravy topper, except no where on the menu did it state that, and when I placed my order she did not inform me of the added topper. I was very clear in my ordering, and if there were a gravy that came with it, she should have informed me and I would have stated that I only wanted the herb butter. She then got very irritated with us before finally just taking the steak away and leaving the rest of my food to get cold while I waited for my steak to be remade. After all this, we weren't offered any apologies of any kind. Our waitress was rude, dismissive and unkind and our food was unbelievably disappointing for the nearly $140 price. We'll be sticking to the Keg from now on, at least they'll offer an apology and something to rectify the situation if you aren't happy. Our waitress really couldn't have cared less if we were happy or not.
Love the new appetizers!! Most amazing dill dip, keep it coming! Couldn't have had a better server than Teigan. He made the evening wonderful and so good that we ordered more appetizers!!Food: 5/5
The kickass chicken salad, the chicken tenders and fries and the uber brownie were all really good; everything in the Shrimpin sirloin was good, the shrimps were yummy! however the steak was tasteless this time and we have been here many times, so this is a rare occurrence. The food overall was great. It is their exceptional customer service what makes you come again and again to this place. With today little mishap with the steak, Miranda our server tried to replace the dish for us but we declined we ate already most of the shrimps, the vegetables, onion rings and mashed potato so we declined; she however took the dish off the bill and even the Manager sadly I don't remember his name came to the table to apologize and even gave us a gift card. That's a perfect execution of world class service recovery.
