Very good customer service. The optometrist was able to see me right at appointment time and was very good. They other staff was able to help me get 2 sets of glasses that look good and feel very comfortable. I could have gone with 1 set of glasses. Since I've never worn them before, I went with 2 different prescriptions so I can get used to wearing them. Thank you for taking the time to help me find frames that feel and look good.

This place is great! Called and got an appointment within hours to remove a foreign body. The Dr was so nice and got it out. Would recommend this place

We had a really good experience here. From friendly reception to the exam to frame choice. Dr. Julie Dien-Fong was great. Very thorough, professional and patient. We actually felt bad she was spending so much time with us. It was the first time we both had progressive lenses and she made sure knew what to expect. The young lady who helped us choose our frames was knowledgeable about their products AND our insurance. My wife and I will definitely recommend them.

They are denied me to enter inside to chose glasses for my 6 year old because i dont wear a mask. I show them paper from doctor about exemption wearing mask and still they didn't let me in. Looks like this store have more authority then city of Edmonton and bylaws...And their policies is to phone call them for appointment and before entering. And they tell you on the phone that you need to wait in the car outside for their call. And I am asking them: WHAT ABOUT PEOPLE WHO DONT OWN A CAR? THEY NEED TO STAND ON THE RAIN AND BAD WEATHER AND BE EXPOSED TO HOT WEATHER.. PLEASE???Even that one star is just because you can't give them 0 starts. Thx for your answer and I did not named any person just bussines Anyway..you denied service with medical exemptions and you are still denying..There are definehly other stores then yours with people who understand Edmonton bylaws and how they functioning and not like you who are making your own laws and will not provide service to everyone. When you broke your own rule to let us togedher in with our son why didn't you undertsand mask exsemptions. So we can follow some rules and some dont ha? Nice.. That's from me and you can write fairy tales but still stand. You escorted customer with medical proof from your store. That's enough..

Honestly I am amazed by this business. They are fast well organized, and the optometrist, is so nice and friendly. When looking for glasses the woman was amazing, stayed within my benefits as best as she could, and is just outstanding. She made the experience fun and enjoyable, and didn't let me leave there until I was happy with my frames. They were a little worried because my prescription is really high, and I need a specific lens, but she did everything in her power to make sure she got the proper lenses. They dealt with my children very compassionately, and so friendly. We will definitely be an ongoing patient. They treat you like family!!! If I could give 100 stars I would in a heart beat.

Outstanding service and friendly staff! Dr.Joseph Robalo is patient, caring and interactive to young patients. We had an emergency eye concern with my daughter and he made sure to call us back for updates and found us a last minute appointment to the eye clinic in Royal Alex. Thank you They also have a lot of cute frames for kids and plenty of selections for adults.

Who would of thought going to the optometrist could be fun . Dr Julie was great and informative. Front end staff and the lady didn't catch her namehelping me pick out glasses were all great! Will definitely recommend.
