Eyecon southgate mall offers wonderful and quality services, with affordable and reasonable prices. I had issues with my glasses and it was fixed immediately, I highly recommend this shop to anyone for for lenses, eye exam, glasses etc. Their professionalism is exceptional.

My Tom Ford frames had both of the spring arms fail and i know for a fact that Tom Ford is quite reluctant in warranties on frames etc. But with doing buisness with eye con they went to bat for me, I highly recommend purchasing your next set of frames from here! Sebastian put in the effort to ensure i wasn't leaving without the guarantee of a new set of frames & worked his magic in order to hook me up with a pro bono. Appreciate you guys! I'll be seeing you guys on my next new set of frames, satisfaction guaranteed everytime

I had been looking for a classic Rayban with brown gradient lenses I'm a fussy old man. I popped in to Eyecon but they didn't have quite what I wanted. Sheila took the time to show me some options that were very close. She was very nice and personable. She thanked me as I left. After a frustrating experience at another store, I returned and asked Sheila if she could order what I wanted. A few effortless moments later and some easy conversation, I walked away very happy with the service. Can't say enough good things about this young lady. .

I broke my glass frame and without my glasses I wont have mobility. We went to few other shops to see if they can fix it or even glue it for me. They all refused to even touch it because it was not bought from them. Then we went to Eyecon and we received a warm welcome by Sebastian. The moment we explained the situation , he right away glued it for me even though I didnt buy the frame from their place. He was very friendly and had a Positive and wide smile on his face.

I came to Eyecon to look for a new pair of glasses. I was helped by Sebastian and with his suggestions of frames to look at I was able to find a pair I actually liked, and sunglasses as well. The prices were good and far more reasonable then the last place I purchased glasses from.

Sebastian was especially very patient and very detailed with his explanations. Was very happy with the service. Eyecon is a great store, me and my sister both come here.

Actually amazing - I walked in the store on Tuesday mid afternoon - got an eye exam immediately. The store clerk had to send out for my lenses because I have astigmatism NORMALLY 7-10 waiting but she called me FRIDAY at noon to say everything was completed !!! really a gem of a spot, they knew I was in a rush big time and they got it done for me. Really good prices on the lenses too !! For three sets I paid around 500 for the lenses and fitting.

Called for a walk in exam, and was delighted to find out they had availability. Double checked that they do direct billing with my insurance, and on the phone they had said yes. Fast forward to the eye exam which felt rushed and was just trying to get me out of the door. I ask the gentlemen what the procedure was for payment, and that over the phone they said they do direct billing. They proceeded to grumble along and say that you just submit it yourself. Okay no problem either, I'll just submit it myself. Few hours later after not being able to submit it online myself, my insurance app tells me to contact the store. Call the store this morning and the person helping me was absolutely a rockstar A+ for her. Got everything figured out and told me it was now direct billed to my insurance, and to come in for a refund for last night's payment. Pretty simple oversight on something fairly as routine as this. I was told it was the manager that processed my payment. Definitely would not recommend this store for future optometry/eye exam needs.
