Beyond Vision Terwillegar

Recently took my son to get eye exam done, no complain with the exam itself and the optometrist. After booking the appointment, I got two phone calls to remind me of the appointment which was nice, but when we got there, we had to wait for 25-30 minutes for a 5 minutes eye exam. I understand the store want the customers to be on time, but would expect they give the customer same respect by not letting us waiting for long.

The staff are very pleasant and the eye exam was a nice quick experience. I bought prescription sunglasses and wasn’t pressured in any way and they were very attentive to my requests and offered suggestions when I asked. I would 100% recommend them. The staff even offered to clean and adjust my existing glasses which I very much appreciated.

We have had a wonderful experience at Beyond vision , not just the doctors but the whole staff is so helpful. They provide all the necessary information, are quick and engage in friendly conversations while they are getting your job done … highly recommend

The best optometrist I have ever went the staff and doctor are very knowledgeable. The doctor takes is time to answer any questions you have I am very satisfied

Both Dr. Poon’s are great! My only complaint is the air puff machine needs to be thrown back into the hellfire from which it was spawned. Everyone there is always super nice and it’s a lovely, clean location. Five stars. Did I mention the air puff machine is evil?

Very friendly. Dr Randy was great. For the first time in years, a doctor that is willing to send me to see a surgeon regarding my eyes.

You won't get a more honest and exceptional service better than Beyond Vision. They are absolutely fantastic! Everytime you fo there you will always be helped by someone to pickout the a pair of glasses that best suites your needs and most importantly looks amazing on you. They are so very knowledgeable with all their glasses/sunglasses and always so helpful in helping you decide on which ones look best. They won't sell you on something that's way over your budget or something that they want to just sell, they work with you to find you the perfect pair look wise and budget wise. If your looking for a great price, exceptional customer service, and most importantly a pair of glasses that best suite you, I would 100% recommend this location or Oxford to anyone and everyone.
