Fabulous store- with great help I have been here twice while on a cruise I love the Aportuguesa shoes- Have 2 from them and today my husband got a great pair They also have a great selection of earrings

Saw a really cute pair of shoes in the window sill so I decided to go in and take a look at them. I was greeted by both ladies, one of them came over to me and asked if I needed help, I kindly declined. I told her I just wanted to take a look at the shoes I saw in the window sill. I continued looking around the shop and she basically followed me where ever I went making the experience very uncomfortable. I really wanted to purchase the shoes, but didn’t see the purpose if I was being made to feel so uncomfortable. Not sure if she thought I was going to steal something or what. Anyways, that was my first and last visit.

I am a shoe lover, so I love smaller independent shoe stores as apposed to big department stores and chain stores. I was on vacation, thrilled to find this store and ready to shop. It looks amazing but when I walked in the front door I immediately was made to feel uncomfortable. There was no greeting even though two ladies were in plain view. Not only did they not greet me, but when I tried to engage them they were very cold and almost seemed annoyed. Like I was bothering them by saying hello? Thankfully I am a shoe shopping Professional and another young sales woman appeared and offered to assist me. I wanted to walk out but because of her friendliness, I purchased 2 pair of shoes. While waiting to pay I had to experience Rudeness to other customers by the 2 other staff. I wanted to enjoy that experience and I would have purchased more if not for the rude attitudes and uncomfortableness. I won't be back and I won't recommend this store. Pull it together, small businesses are going under at a rapid pace these days.

Beautiful accessories bags and raincoats, but big footed ladies be warned: european size 10 fits small and is their biggest size in many brands. They do carry Blundstones so you should fit in those..

Love the shoes in this store. I can get styles that I am used to buying in Europe without getting on a plane! The staff are helpful and accommodating.

Incredible staff, beautiful atmosphere and amazing selection! Staff are incredibly accommodating - after talking to the owner about a specific pair of Hunter boots I was trying to track down I recieved a phone call saying the boots had arrived and my size was set aside for me! Great range of styles and prices!
