Incredible service and care. The staff are stellar, and so knowledgeable about the products they carry. We found Green Lee with a simple Google search. They accommodated a shoe shine for us on short notice! If we were in the area, we would definitely do business here again. We were visiting St. John but are from Ontario.

I like the store and products but believe it or not I don't shop there because of their radio ads. Probably the most annoying thing on the radio. It's not funny or cute. Please make a suitable commercial. I change the radio station so I don't have to listen to it.

Excellent service and staff are extremely helpful. For anyone with any size or feet issues they are there to assist you. Couldn't be more pleased with my experience there. First but not last time at Green-Lee.

Update: As I said I loved their change purses that they had, so I got my husband to go grab one.. the last one left in the color I wanted. When it came home upon further inspection, there were places where the stitching came undone. Not totally upset or anything because my husband should have checked before he bought it. Maybe I'm a bit put out cause I couldn't use it right away. They should check everything for any type of malfunction on the item they are selling before selling it. I know there is a receipt but once you see it in the color you want and there were no more of that color...sewing it was! No I don't want to return it. Living with it just a heads up. Not going to take stars away. Footwear in there is still awesomely great, I will still go back for footwear. Clean Calm atmosphere, beautiful layout. Good quality when it comes to a good pair of shoes that fit your feet properly. People there are quite friendly, excellent help for fitting shoes and around what price mark we had. I love their other little things there too like their change purses, sun glasses, hats and mittens all ranging from baby to any age. Love all the shoes there and love how in the children's section they have a foot measuring mat and a regular one for adults. I will be going back in the future for footwear again. A well deserved 5 star from me.

I got boots and had them for over 6 months. The heal started coming off the right boot. I didn't expect anything after 6 months but it was worth the ask. They gave me 50% off my choice of boot. Great place!! Amazing service!!

My first time being at Green-Lee was good this afternoon. Only waited for less than 2 minutes for service. Sales clerk was very nice to my step Son and I. I will definitely be going back for more foot wear. They have a great selection to choose from. Thank you Green-lee employees
