I was in the store yesterday and Lindsey is the entire reason for my 5 star review! Amazing customer service! My partner and I were being “those people” - walking in near close and asking about various shoes and sizes. Lindsey was extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. Someone who goes above and beyond for customers for example, checking for my size in any shoe with dogs on them after I was interested in BOBS by Skechers with dogs. In the end, all our questions were answered, including ones that Lindsey anticipated we had. We had such a fun time and found some great options. I hope SoftMoc realizes how much this associate is giving their customers. Thank you!
It was super busy today but wow the service was fantastic! Everyone was doing their part and helping customers left and right. Had the pleasure of being assisted by Mariah who went back to get us 6 pairs of Blundstones before ordering us the perfect pair that will be sent directly to our door. Thank you for the great service and going above and beyond. It really did seem like the whole team was exemplary
I bought a pair of Bogs for my wife 2 weeks ago in the Saint John Nb store. they had payment issues that day and double charged me. i havent recieved my money owed and it seems lile i will never get it back. if i could give it a negative rating i would because that is theft.
I stopped in today to look at some boots. As usual, there were no staff around. As I walked in, one older staff member said to a younger staff member, see you later and left. This left the one young lady to help the three customers standing in the store. She went to the back and emerged five minutes later. I got her attention and she brought me the size I wanted and left to the back again. I tried on the boots and walked around the store as more customers came in and started to try on the shoes that I could find on the shelf. I took off the boots and waited for the staff member to return. After way to long I put the boots back behind the counter, upon stacks of other merchandise that was strewn about and I left the store. I could have easily walked out with a new pair of boots and no one would have even noticed! As always, terrible customer seevice and sooo slow!
Decent shoe store in McAllister place but service can be hit or miss mainly driven by staffing levels and how busy it can get. This retailer has moved effective Jan 2022 within the mall to a location across from American Eagle. The new location is half the size of the former location. I personally find the best option is to order on line and pick up in store. On line will show you what stock and sizes are available at the local location.
Nice discounts. Didnt have my size but the sales person was very happy to order some for me. I didnt end up ordering any though.
These guys got my wife a pair of bogs, although they push you to buy online, they still treated us right. They didnt have the right sizes in store and did take 5 days to get them in.where as online could have gotten us them the same price 3 days sooner but they said 5 days and bingo. They have us a call and we picked them up. Love the bogs.
I purchased two pairs of Bogs Boots for my children we had them for 36 days. We were standing outside a christmas parade when my children started complaining about their feet being cold. When we got back to the car both my childrens feet were frozen my youngest had a toe that had a purple color to it. I called Soft Moc up in McAllister mall and explained my situation to the gentleman on the phone. I told him I did not have my receipt he said that was ok as he could find it on the computer. I than proceeded to ask him what my options were and that I heard bogs had a warranty. He told me that there was no problem, I could get a refund or a credit/exchange in store. I said perfect and that I would be on shortly to do so. I went in and we tried on some boots but they were not comfortable on the kids feet. And the store was limited on sizes because of black Friday sales. I told the young man that we couldnt find anything in the store and that I would have to go purchase other boots and come back for the refund. please keep in mind that my children had the bogs still on their feet as we went to the mall straight from the parade The young man said no problem and that he understood. We ended up going to the shoe company buying boots and I took them back to the soft moc where the same young man tried to do a refund and it would not work because it was passed a 30 day return policy. He called his manager who told him that she needed to be there to inspect the boots. I was a little annoyed to be honest but in no way was I irate or did I bully this worker. I returned the following Monday to speak to the manager about my situation. She inspected the boots and said there was nothing wrong with them and that boots only stay warm when your feet are moving. You need to keep your feet circulated for them to stay warm up to the -34c they are supposed. And that I should know this because its "common sense" she than made the conversation very personal by saying I was supposedly very upset and that I upset her employee that night so much so that he had to call her 3 times and that she could hear me on the phone. This is a blatant lie and offensive the gentleman who was working, called her and went out back to do so. If the young man was upset it was because he had made a promise to do something ex.. "refund" and realized he could not do it after I had already gone out and bought new boots. The manager took no ownership of her employee, she would not listen to me as I tried to explain what had happened. She just kept cutting me off and telling me to contact bogs. What should have been a positive experience, turned rotten very quickly. Not because I could not get a refund, but because she treated me so poorly. There was no "I'm sorry you were told the wrong thing or I'm sorry it was an inconvience" but she sure did enjoy trying to make me feel stupid for not knowing the "Common Sense" that winter boots only keep your feet warm if you are moving"
Amazing service and great knowledgable and friendly staff...helped me to find just what I need....got out like 6 different pairs of birkenstocks for me to try on....and I left thinking...wow..I haven't gotten that good of service in a long time...will definatly be back!
Tried to purchase pair of shoes here, waited a while to see if someone showed up to help me purchase the shoes, no one showed up. Terrible customer service.
