I hope ups will see all these negative reviews and take steps against this ups store. The older  man serving there is terrible. He doesn’t care of ups clients and his service. I’ve never ever seen such a terrible and insulting attitude to clients anywhere else!

One of the worst service I've ever gotten. The clerk (an older gentleman) didn't seem to want to answer any of my questions. When I asked if it'd be cheaper if I shipped from UPS online he told me to go home and ship online. He was rude and in a rush to get us out of the store even though we were the only ones there.

I needed to print a 7 page document and what they charge is outrageous! In addition to the $3 fee "just to use the computer" for less than a minute.
