The owner of the UPS Store #597 on Dunmore Road in Medicine Hat is absolutely terrific. He was a godsend to me last week when I needed help with an extremely complex situation. I'm in another province - and Ahmed the store owner took care of everything on the Medicine Hat end with compassionate and competent grace. I will never forget this experience.

Owner tried to arbitrarily charge an $8 package receiving fee to receive a UPS shipment. Even after UPS support telling him over the phone that he should not be charging this fee. Still refused to release the package without paying the fee. Was a ups shipment trying to pick up at a ups store
Great customer service. Will definitely be back. Waited for us to get there. Arrived just before closing but they took the time tk make sure our parcel was dealt with properly and with a great attitude despite us arriving so close to closing. A++++++++++
Great atmosphere, and the man a the front desk kindly waited until a few minutes after hours to conclude business with me. Highly recommend!
