I’m so thankful I have my deliveries sent here! It’s so nice to be greeted by a smile every single time. I live a hour from the location so I don’t always have a chance to pick up my parcels right away but the owner is always so kind and accommodating which I really appreciate.
I have used the UPS store many times. Each time I used it I was treated very well. The gentleman who served me was friendly, courteous, knowledgable, and took the time to get things right. I found the copying here a little less costly compared to anywhere else. Sending a package is easy, quick and I was given choices. I recommend UPS to everyone!
Don’t take passport photos here. They said they charge $18.88 so we came. Then we were charged $19 plus$17 at the end, because we also want the digital version, which was not mentioned by the guy at all! London drugs charges $22 for both physical and digital. Poor customer service. Bad quality cutting and stamping to the back of photos.
It was Dec 31 about 3:10. I Did not realize the store closed at 3. The young man at the counter was helping another person and had not locked the door. He remained calm and helpful after excusing himself to finally lock it. My Amazon return was simple and quick. I apologized for having come late and thanked him. He was courteous and respectful and I hope he was rewarded for the extra hour of work he must have put in. His service to the remaining 3 customers in the store was exemplary.
