I have seen a tremendous improvement in client service over the past few years. The staff is always friendly especially Alyssa who always has a smile for clients and they make a point of remembering who you are. I also appreciate the emails letting me know that my deliveries have safely arrived and ready for pick up. Kudos on the improvements!
After I tried several shipping companies, they couldn’t get my big cello shipped to USA, because it’s too big I understand, but they keep suggesting me to open an account with them and keep bothering me even if I don’t have any business to do with them. Until I found this place, miss Alyssa helped me out really quick and arranged schedules friendly and professionally. I don’t know how to describe this…This is what we called “People who get the job done, and no BS” this is what we called Professionals! Good job Alyssa! I’m happy that there are still people nowadays who can get problems solved! I’ll definitely choose you guys in the future!

I would like to give 5 star just for ALYSSA and JEFF the ups driver who helped me to get through the tougest situation ever. I almost lost my passport in the transit due to the negligence of the UPS as my passport missed couples of scans and the customer service was not able to detect the exact location. Alyssa and Jeff helped me to connect to the right customer service agent and talked to them on my behalf and figured my passport exactly location and fortunately after that conversation I received my passport the next days. My big thanks to ALYSSA AND JEFF

They charge an amount and mark it as "Other government fee" when that money does not go to the government but rather stays with UPS. It is disguised brokerage fee. The Canadian Society of Customs Brokers should not allows this practice to exist Edit: this is not a specific local issue. UPS use the same misleading fee description at all their locations!!!
Superb friendly service from Alyssa! Best UPS pick-up location on the South Shore!
