The UPS Store

UPS couldn't find my house. Its clearly marked and shows up on Google maps. Any child with access to a computer could find my house with the address and postal code. But I understand that sometimes computers are hard to use. Especially Google maps. I mean, it's only been around for a a decade or so - so it's fairly new technology. They stated that they "are trying to contact receiver to obtain directions". it's strange that my phone shows zero missed calls and my email inbox shows nothing. but again, maybe they don't know how to use a phone or an email accounts by. These are also technologies that exist and are difficult to grasp. Overall, I think these guys try hard. Good job! I hope I can get my package eventually but I understand that shipping packages is a difficult job.

The most expensive shipping with to much excuses for delay. It's been 12 days since they received the package and still write excuses for delay in the shipping status about the bad weather. The weather is clear for three days now and still the same excuses. FedEx is way less than UPS and the delivery time within 5 days. Even canada post is faster than UPS.

Worst place, they never put up the door stickers and then return your packages when you don't pick them because you don't know they are there. Just terrible

The best courier in Kelowna. Every courier has its off moments, but these guys genuinely try.
