After working all day I had to rush and try to pack my son's eBay stuff. I ran out of time at home and Googled the UPS store closest to me, because it wasn't looking good the way I was doing it. Zipped over there and Ben took care of everything. Got my tracking numbers in 5 minutes. Quick, painless, great customer service. Thank you. Customer for life now.
