they are not customer oriented. they will right out lie to you to your face . their employees are like they love arrons but you can see they are miserable. not a good place to deal with. go somewhere else.

Almost paid off bed have $360 left out of $1200 + day late or two got call at 8:30 am got threaten saying they will knock on my neighbors doors and mine and take my bed i got super upset for i have medical issues heart probs they all knpw this and the manager laugh at me when he asked the worker and he admitted it to him he laugh at him to like was funny .my lifes no joke i am sick with chf and cant get upset like this for can cause a heart attack or stroke . Im regretting doing business with the company here in council bluffs iowa .

They had a man working for them by the name brian. He used to be mean as he'll to my husbend and I. We be two days late because they messed the papers up and he freak out on use. He said he couldn't change the dates we get paid. And then hunted me and my husbend and said he needed the money now or he would take or stuff. I will not go back to this place till he is gone. Then I will change my opinion of Aaron's.

There rude and try tell you one thing when its another. I will never buy from here again i will go to rent a center or ace before going here. I would not recomend you rent from thesr scammers and the manger needs to go back to school and learn how to talk to people whos paying his bills

They have a new general manager, sales manager, drivers and customer service rep. They are doing a great job and are more customer service oriented than ever. They now have a very caring crew and they will show you they care the minute you walk through the door.
