Excellent Customer Service Skills. I had walked in not realizing it was after hours and when I explained why I was there to pick up something I had ordered, I was served with such kindness and not turned away and told to come back during business hours. It was very refreshing especially with all of the customer service skills our society is lacking. Thank YOU gentleman you are truly an asset to UPS.
Probably one of the worst shipping options available. I will be using purelator or fedex from now on. Sent a package weighed 15lbs. My max shipping weight was 33lbs. They decided my package weighs 37lbs and charged me another $6 taking away my profits from selling. There’s no way my package weighed anything near that it’s just a game controller!
Twice our package was delivered to a neighbor. The address and name are clearly visible on the package and our mailbox. First time we had to start to do an investigation as to where a iPad was delivered. Not a cheap loss. But eventually it showed up. Second time, again wrong address, just showed a picture of parcel sitting on someone’s steps. We live in the country. So where do I begin looking? Maybe a picture of the civic address where it has been dropped off would be more helpful, and a much better confirmation!

The attendant was friendly and took time to assist me, I dropped a pack off and they took care of the rest.
