After messaging HR about my pay being in error and incorrect, I was let go for bogus reasons.n1. I demanded a nurse come with me for a smoke, when I never did, I rarely smoke and when I donI go on my breaks.nn2. When I responded to the hospital on behalf of a nurse who didn’t respond to the phone for an hour to find out the resident was returning from the hospital, to which I located A nurse and gave the details mention by hospital, they claimed i endangered the resident when in reality I wrote down everything the hospital said and gave it to the nurse.nn3. I apparently was mean to managers when I asked why my pay was incorrect and why they wouldn’t fix it until after I was let to todaynn4. I called a staff member in because the nurse told my coworker even when you’re sick and puking you have to find your replacement for the shift on your own, i I helped her, not knowing I called an agency staff, we have so many staff how amnI to know whonIs agenecy and who isn’t? Anyways the agency was not needed and was still at home, as the charge nurse ended up finding someone to cover my sick co worker.nnI feel under appreciated by this company and how they treated me and fellow staff members.nnAs a disabled person who informed them of my disabilities I had no accommodations to what I needed stable routine the facility is barely surving as staff leave.nnBuilding manager brought his friend in who didn’t have a PSW cert who ended up hurting three of our residents, and then arrested and charged that same day.nnNotnTo mention the agency that sent students with no knowledge of how this place works and or any PSW certificates who messed up for 24 hours and was then released from contract as they were not adequate to our company.nnFarewell heartwood, be nicer to staff.
