In February our Samsung LCD TV had its back lights fail - after a quick search of repair facilities in the Toronto area I found The TV Guy and was influenced by the positive Google reviews. I called and they said if I brought it in they'd give me a free inspection, which I appreciated. They quoted a good price and within a few days I had my TV back on time and in great condition. I've had no trouble with it since. The TV Guy gets my top ratings for fast, efficient service and great value.

Excellent service! THE TV GUY was very professional and had my tv fixed and ready for pick up in a matter of hours. He had a presentable store front with employees and technicians that seemed hard at work......Great prices, great service!

Some one leave review to all electronics repair shop under - FRAUD WATCH SCAM - Hi, tvguy just ignore this SICK GUY, he has no job or family, and we, all the small businessmen (especially electronic repairers) are struggling everyday to get enough work. If you take a look at his reviews, all of them are against electronics repair shops; so don;t worry and just keep your customers happy.

We had several complaints how your company over charges on repaires but would rather sell a TV to the consumer. Seniors are the most vulnerable because that. Is all they have. Let us not kid ourselves that you "tv guy" cannot compete with these major outlets, therefore you would not be looking in the best interest of your client senior or not. Would you want a senior or Mother or Brother or even your friend to be taken for a ride? Also your reviews all sound the same. How honest is that posting your own reviews. That is a scam of its own! Not Cool "TV GUY" ...NOT COOL! .....HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY. REMEMBER THIS! WHAT GOES AROUND .....COMES AROUND!
