Amazing service and amazing people. Bruno, Cam and Tom were super helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions with patience. The tune shop does amazing work !
After getting a colossal core shot I was referred to these guys. Doubtful, I dropped off my split and waited for an assessment. I was given a quote by phone, and a week later I picked up my perfectly repaired split completely fixed and tuned. BEST PART: they came in ~10% under estimate.
Took my wheel in for a new spoke and ended up also getting a new tire because it was in bad shape the guy put on the maxxis tire instead of the schwabe one we agreer on and the maxxis one was 110 when we can get them for 80 at home he proceeds to argue with us that its not the same he did atleast give us rhe price of the shwabe for the misunderstanding but i get my wheel back to find he overtighened my hub and didnt even true it right.. taking it back to my local shop we i get back to fix his scewups
This place helped us with a stuck crank and barely charged us for replacing the peddle. Go here!! They are great.
After a solid day of lapping the dive, my quest for an untouched line took me into what looked like a fresh mini chute but turned out to be sharks taking a bite out of my poor Orca. Lost a solid chunk of base and gave The Tune Shop a call when I got down to my car. They were able to take it in at 4:15 pm and patch it up good as new, delivered to my hotel and waiting for me the next morning as I headed back out to ride. The base is good as knew and the fresh wax was a bonus. Amazing service, amazing prices, and amazingly fast.
We showed up and happened to see them walking up before they opened. He took the time to check in with us to see if we needed help since we were obviously waiting for them to open. The gentlemen were friendly and knowledgeable and able to complete a hydraulic brake bleed almost right away. I'll come back here next time for sure!
Dave and Bruno ROCK! I showed up to do the Tour divide with a bike broken at the hands of an overzealous TSA agent. They tore apart my headset and wiring from my SON hub thinking it was a bomb or something. My headset was destroyed. I called the time shop and Dave got to work.He didn’t have the part I needed but he wouldn’t leave it there. I’m a tourist, likely not coming back for a while so why go the extra mile to help? Because that’s what these guys do. Dave called around, found parts in Canmore, had them shipped to his shop ,and installed the same day- Hero. I now get to leave with the pack tomorrow: And… Bruno picked up the bike and dropped it off at my hotel - who does that? These guys saved my trip, thanks again boys!
We were in town attending an alpine ski training event and were in need of some work to my daughters SL ski’s. I stopped in late afternoon, and they got us all squared away, and even delivered the skis back to the hotel! Based on this one visit, it was clear these guys love what they do, and do it well. We’ll be back.
One of the best places to go in the town. Rates for instructors /ski hill employees, and the best tune /repair this side of the Rockies! Good guys, good vibes, great work. 11/10 do recommend
Probably the best place in banff to go for your bikes needs, very professional and knowledgable guys there, lots of great tire options, big wall of maxxis tires as well as some cheaper options, walked out with two nice schwalbe mtb tires for only $100!
