My wife and I just completed our trip to Banff. I emailed Tom, a week before we arrived and worked out the details. he did not require a deposit or anything. Tom, was punctual to drop the bikes off for us at our campsite and was super knowledgeable and friendly in getting us sized up for our bikes. We had an excellent ride on the Legacy trail on amazing Cannondale bikes that Tom had provided for us. We actually saw Tom on the road on our way back into Banff and he gave us the encouragement we needed to ride up to Tunnel Mountain and finish our ride strong. I would strongly recommend Banff Cycle to anyone looking to rent bikes in the Banff area. Tom is a great man, and helped make our trip out west as special as it was!

Awesome service and top of the line bikes. My daughter and I had an excellent day of riding the extensive bike-friendly roads around Banff. Banff Cycle dropped the bikes off at our hotel and picked them up. The service was incredible and the day was so perfect. Thanks very much Gary! I'd recommend you any time!

My husband and I are avid cyclist. We were very surprised to see nice cervelos delivered to our door at the hotel, fitted and ready to go. They were a pleasure to work with on our vacation. It was nice to get a long ride in on good, well maintained bikes while on a trip. Highly recommend!

Hired a bike from these guys last summer when I visited banff...very convenient with pick up and drop off from hotel...great installation run round Minnewanka with Tom. ..had the bike for a week...cervelo R3 great bit of kit and not a single issue with it for the 300 miles I racked up...will hopefully be back again this year and will use these guys again
