Fabulous food in a fabulous setting. For those who lived in Collingwood a long time the Tremont is nothing like it was for so many years. It's still boggles my mind to eat so well in what used to be basically a saloon. The burger was fantastic with good wine and craft beer on top. Professional friendly staff, what more could you want. I will be back again.

Wow, I mean wow. Recommended by some highly trusted locals and was not disappointed. The wine selection is manageable but solid. We had the duck pate which was beautiful then the mussels frites and seafood bowl (forgot the name) both of which were off the charts. Check it out!!

Good food, great brunch. Unfortunately brunch for two is usually $80+ with tip. The eggs Benny is amazing but go early when it's fresh as the late lunch has left me sick twice in a row! Top notch service and nice atmosphere. 3 1/2 *

I took my girlfriend to this restaurant. She's a foodie, knows her stuff, and was blown away!! Food was AMAZING, awesome menu, and the service was fast and excellent. These guys really know what they're doing- definitely a place to visit when in Collingwood. We'll be back for sure!!

My wife and I recently went to Café Tremont while visiting Collingwood for the weekend and it was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the food was creative and perfectly cooked. The portions were also surprisingly generous for a high-end restaurant. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area. We had the lamb shank and the scallops with pork belly for mains and the grilled octopus as a starter. All of them were great. I would suggest the lamb shank in particular.
