Story

Our mission is to bring great coffee to the people of Collingwood, and those who visit our beautiful town. Our beans are ground fresh, roasted in Canada, plus our coffee is organic and fair trade! In fact our coffee has helped build one Hospital already, and one school in San Roman, with more to come.
We also use teas that do amazing things. Our Zhena's Gypsy teas are especially amazing with the work they've done to help their workers.

If we don't have what you want we will do our best to make it for you, especially when it comes to dietary needs. We make all food to order, so although during busy times it may take a couple of minutes the hot freshly made sandwich is always worth the wait, especially because it means you can have it exactly your way!
We do our baking every morning, so its always fresh, and if you get here right when we open you might get it right out of the oven! We've also been told that our gluten free baking is the best- try it for yourself. We always have muffins, cookies, sometimes cake or brownies even.
