Duncans cafe

This is a great cafe. The decor is very cozy, yet modern. The staff are very personable and sweet. The food was delicious. We were in Collingwood for two nights and came here for breakfast on both mornings. HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

Excellent food, portions and service. Our group of 6 were all very happy customers and appreciated the attentiveness of the cheerful staff. Many menu items made from scratch in-house! So happy we happened to stop here for lunch on our way home from Blue Mountain.

We walked in with a large party of 13 people and we had called earlier letting them know that we were coming to dine at noon. Over the phone they had said that they will try their best to accommodate, as soon as we got there we were told very rudely in front of other guests that they cannot accommodate us. Instead, they should of suggested in a polite manner that they could have split us into two groups. So, for anyone going in a large group I wouldn’t recommend it. The food was good and the rest of our stay was great, but unfortunately the manager came up to me at the end saying “oh I guess google is for hurting people” rather than realizing that they had been disrespectful and that they should be focused on trying to accommodate customers rather than swaying customers to change their reviews with emotional blackmail.

Amazing homemade soups, like blow your mind full of flavour. Sandwiches and other offerings are also excellent and a great value for the portion size. Top this off with their wonderful service makes Duncans a must!

The Host was really rood and inadequate. Gave up our table for 5 people which we were waiting for over 40 minutes to the company of people that just came. When we were trying to explain him the situation he just said the he misunderstood the waitress, but there is nothing he can do. So we just had to leave. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place!!!
