I was here for a tire replacement and rim straightening/wheel balancing. The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. Paul was always upfront about costs and pros/cons of the options for the rim straightening so I feel like I definitely got the best deal for my situation. When I had to come back for the straightened rim to be put back on, I got there 10 mins before closing and I was in and out in less than the 10 minutes. Overall quick service with courteous and honest staff. Would not hesitate to come back again.

I needed to have some used tires placed on rims and mounted on my vehicle. One well reviewed tire store in Stouffville, who I have previously been using, does not do this unless you purchased the tires from them. I was told with arrogance to go somewhere else, and I did. This brought me to The Tire Store. Not only was the work done at a very reasonable cost, but they also offered a complementary torquing after several months. The owner, Frank, was very personable and helpful, and I plan to continue to use their tire services, and will encourage others to do so.

I called The Tire Shop since they are 1 block from home. I have a 10 yr old Pathfinder that had original factory tires and snow tires. Both sets are shot. I want to keep the car a few more years and since I'm retired, I wanted to try an ALL Weather tire. I don't have to drive in the worst winter weather any longer. I researched on Tire rack and discussed options with Paul. He suggested the Michelin CrossClimate2. I checked around for pricing and he was the cheapest by a few dollars. Made an appointment and got them done.nNo muss, no fuss. The Tires are excellent and no more changing to snow tires.nPaul gave some good advice. The car runs like it was brand new.
