I personally enjoy the good liquor and atmosphere at very fair prices all day. There Is happy hour on Wednesday and Friday where a shot of Jack is 4$. The fish and chips were superb. Overall a very decent bar which sports a pool tableor snookers, I'm not conversant in it to tell the difference. Although I found that the main waitress/bartender was very prejudiced to my friends and I. Hence the mid rating.
Food was delicious, I tried the fried pickles for the first time and I loved it!!! Good price For food and drinks! Shoutout to the waitress who was on Friday working by herself she did an amazing job u I forgot to ask her name but she was so lovely! Definitely going back!
Oh wow. Terra is just an amazing hostess. The food was some of the best I've ever had in New West, so honestly and delicious. The price can't be beat with the huge selection of specials, including drinks. Cheap pool table. Would recommend it to anyone.
Omg! I had so much fun at the Thirsty Duck!! The food was delicious and the drinks were great but the best thing about it is the customer service!! Our waitress Tara is probably the best waitress I've ever had in my life!! She's super fun, amazingly knowledgeable and extremely attentive! She checked in with our group and kept everyone's drinks coming and made sure we were all happy with our food, which we were!!! I highly recommend the duck for a fun night out!!!
Great food, amazing service, super chill place and very affordable. It has a dive bar vibe. I loved the lady who was our seating hostess and serving us. She is amazing and such a positive lady!
Tara is the goat. Came here with a group of 11 and she gave us the best service. The wings are incredible, I recommend the Honey Hot flavour.
The food and drinks were fine, but definitely that female server I see other people complain about is my main issue. That lady was INCREDIBLY rude and didnt seem to want to help us at all and I try my best to be understanding towards service staff. I think it's alarming that people have mentioned that main waitress is prejudice and racist yet for some reason she's there?
Server was rude to people that tipped less than what she wanted. We had to tip generous to avoid being yelled at. The food was as if a 5 yo prepared it. All of it was frozen ready to eat food just microwaved. 100% will never go again.
I played pool here for a lot of years awhile back. Today was my first time back in 10 years and Tara, great bartender, still recognized me. I had an amazing time shooting pool and meeting new people. All in all a fantastic place to hang out and have a great night!
Friendly server. Nice patio a bit crowded tho. Foods came out quickly and were tasting excellent. Good portions.
