The Tattered Apron

What a place! We just happened to be in town from Charlotte and stumbled upon the TAB with my wife's mother-in-law. We had lunch. The sandwiches were BETTER than home made! The ladies had the turkey with cranberry sauce on white and I had the ham and Swiss on rye. For desert, we had the "Marian Berry" pastry. Don't miss the TAB if you are in the greater Tacoma, WA area! It is worth the drive! (Good coffee too!)

They have a taco cookie! I love it! The staff is so nice and they have a fantastic selection. They have a few tables to sit and enjoy your food too. I will be coming back!

I wish I had taken pictures of the food, but we ate it too fast! The five different things I tried were all very, very good! The prices were reasonable, especially for the quality. The service was fast and nice. The place is small, but still has a few seats for eating your amazing baked goods there. In other words... This place is a must go!

This is the best bakery around and it is refreshing to get customer service from people that really enjoy what they do. All their bakery items are wonderful. The only "down side" is that they do not have much seating in the shop. Most of the time, I am getting my items to go, so the lack of space doesn't usually affect me.

Best bakery in the world. OK maybe locally. What ever, they are super friendly and have a great selection of cakes, pies and pastry. Visit them and you won't be disappointed.
