Excellent bakery and coffee bar with friendly service. Everything from the coffee products to the sandwiches and treats were very flavorful and hit the spot. It does tend to get busy so good luck! It’s worth the wait!
Really cool Tacoma neighborhood coffee shop. The breakfast sandwiches, cookies, cakes, and more are created right on the premises. The coffee and other drinks taste great! Really neat decor. There's parking in front, or a pay lot next door. You can work on your laptop or chill in peace. The decor around the place will amaze you. Don't forget to say hi to our favorite Barista Olivia.
We ordered our wedding cake from Corina and it was everything that we expected and hoped for.nnCorina took the time to meet and consult with us about what we wanted. They were quick to draft a design based on photos and ideas that we provided. And the end result was even better than the photos provided. This surprised me because I showed a lot of photos of fondant designs but we ordered a cake that had a cream cheese frosting! The final design was not only beautiful but super tasty!nnWe also ordered their tiramisu cupcakes and boysenberry pies. All delicious. We thought we had over-ordered on the pies, but we were very wrong!nnI was a bit worried about the cake flower design and application, but those were also handled with care and applied just beautifully.nnIf I were to criticize anything, it might be the placement of our cake topper. He was a little dog figurine. And, in my opinion, where he was positioned was maybe just a bit crowded-looking.nnOther, than that, everything looked and tasted just wonderful! Would recommend to anyone looking for a tasty treat or for a more elaborate project like designing a wedding cake.
We had a great experience using Corina Bakery for our wedding cake! Super responsive and easy to work with. We got to choose multiple options for our tasting and they had a big binder of designs to look through. On the day of, the cake was delivered on time and the delivery person decorated it with extra flowers. Everyone loved it! Our leftovers were still nice and moist even days later. I hope we can visit them again in the future and check out their other offerings!
I was truly surprised with the assortment they still had at the time we arrived, around 10:30 am. They keep a full variety of baked goodies throughout the day. The prices were fantastic! The sizes were amazing! We came to surprise my daughter's work with some pastries. We had so many items to choose. I have attached their menu. They have regular, gluten-free, vegan, and the kiddos will go crazy just looking at the window to see what they have. We definitely had to get the gigantic cinnamon rolls, which were out of this world! Also, cake pops, gluten-free brownies, rice crispy treat, cannioli, cup cakes, monkey bread which was gigantic, and some delicious breakfast muffins. Everything was so fresh, scrumptious, and absolutely devoured. The staff loved our choices! We will be back! Definitely going here for upcoming birthdays
