Patti at the Pioneer Bakery could not have been more enjoyable to work with in making our wedding cake. We wanted to go a little non-traditional with just a plain sheet cake based on an Ansel Adams photo. She took the black-and-white photo and brought it to life with color. She was easy to contact and set up times to do a tasting, pay the final bill, and, more importantly, was easy to discuss different cake ideas with. I cannot recommend the Pioneer Bakery more.
