The Studio - Aerial Arts & Fitness

The Studio is an amazing place where I look forward to going almost every day now. They offer a great variety of classes - aerials, cardio, & strength training - from beginner to advanced levels, in a safe and body-positive environment. The owners and instructors are not only knowledgeable and helpful, but also so supportive, encouraging, positive and passionate. Being a member of such an accepting and welcoming community makes it fun and motivating to workout. Highly recommended!!

I love this studio! The qualified instructors are very encouraging, positive and understanding. The classes are fun and challenging. They offer a good variety of sessions with different difficulty levels(beginner to advance) in a very open minded environment. The space is clean and spacious. The coaches want you to succeed and will work with you towards your goals. Highly recommended for anyone curious about Aerial Arts & Fitness!

This is one of the most positive , exciting places to be if you love dance, expression and value a community of extraordinary people. Great team of highly experienced and qualified instructors who also excel in fitness on top of skill. Welcoming and encouraging environment for safe and efficient learning. Love all of you since the day I stepped in to the studio.

I am so happy to have The Studio as a place to workout, dance and have fun; I would be lost without this outlet. The owners are supportive, passionate and well trained. They have created a beautiful classy environment. This is also more than just a place to workout, but also a close knit community of accepting individuals.

The studio is a very welcoming an amazing place to be! The staff are so helpful, supportive and encouraging. The workouts are SO much fun and make you forget you're even exercising. Highly recommended!!
