They recently made this black card fitness area which takes up 2/3 of the weight section in the back - the best part of the gym. Now it’s restricted to only black card members. The rest of the back weight section is super crowded now with machines because of this change.nnThe lockers have so many locks on them even when only a few people are there.nnThe bathrooms are dirty.nnGarbages for the paper towels for machine sanitation are always full.nnThe fans on the treadmills/stairclimber etc are disgustingly dirty. I keep the fan off so the dirt air doesn’t blow into my face.nnTo top it off, many of their machines are constantly broken.nnIt makes 0 sense that the black card only works if you take turns with who you’re sharing with. They should allow the partner to go at the same time. If they allowed the two people sharing to go at the same time, I would consider getting the black card.
I’ve heard terrible things about Fit4Less but this location is exceptional. It’s huge so it never gets too crowded. It’s clean and well maintained it been one of the better gyms I’ve gone to and whilst it doesn’t have as many amenities as luxury fitness centres in bigger cities example Altea in Toronto it is competitive in that they have a wide array of equipment.
One of the worst gyms you can find in the world. They want to charge two times even after cancelling the membership which is one of the worst policy to rip customers. Coming to experience at gym we need to carry one card all the time to enter the gym, if forgotten there is no other way but to get back the card to enter the gym. That 30 minutes policy after entering into the gym is also not customer friendly. One suggestion for anyone who is reading this review please do not even consider joining this gym, there is better gyms like planet fitness where everything is digital and much better when compared with fit4less
Absolutely Unacceptable. The entrance card reader isn't working and people are waiting outside. Leaving paying members waiting outside with no one available to answer calls. Most of the machines inside have been broken for months, and now we can't even get into the gym. Do better!
Really bad experience. I forgot my sipper in car so went back to get it. When I tried to re-enter to the gym. It didn’t allow me. Apparently we have to wait another 30min to go in. I tried to call them but no one is available to answer the call or let me in.nnOne of my friend lost his card and when he get to take another card, they charged 25$ for him.nnI got irritated with the how this gym is treating paid members. When I finally went to cancel my membership, they are charging another payments. Just to cancel my membership.nnHad high hopes but very disappointed.
