The Spa Spot - Hot Tubs Grande Prairie

This is the first hot tub we have owned & our experience at The Spa Spot was great right from the start. Colton & Robin are very knowledgeable & friendly. Knowing that Colton is only a phone call away if we have any questions or problems is a great relief. Thank you for making this experience a wonderful one.

We are so happy with our tub and most importantly the customer service at The spa spot! After 3 years of use, we ended up getting a small hole in the bottom. I contacted The Spa Spot, and they looked at it immediately. It ended up being a manufacturing defect (the service guy hadn't seen it before) so he told me they would either be fixing it or replacing the whole tub for us. They ended up replacing the tub with an identical one! Thanks Spa Spot and the staff for your hard work and speedy service!

We just got the new 481 2018 it was amazingggg the new features are nice compared to my old maxx tub it has better cup holders the outside lighting shows us it always working. I'd like to thank Kyle and Cole from spa spot for making the buying process easy with no stress and getting it installed with the same efficiency and stress free experience. I LOVE MY HOT TUB

I recently purchased a MAXX hot tub and gazebo from Colton at the Spa Spot, he was very honest and knowledgeable about all their products. Colton was prompt with the installation and set up, he showed me how to use all the chemicals and came back several times when i needed help with the hot tub. I would highly recommend him and the Spa Spot to anyone, he was excellent to deal with.
