I spent quite a bit of $ for a laser treatment on my face. She missed quite a few spots around my upper cheekbones and forehead (near, but not on, my hairline). It was quite noticeable for a few months (foundation helped). When I was last in LA, I went to a dermatologist to get it done again (1.5 years later) and he noticed the missed spots. He didn't have any problems with coverage or even distribution of the laser. I would suggest doing your homework before you let anyone near your face, even if it isn't with a knife. They can still make you look funny!
