Went in to by an aux cord. Observed three employees enjoying a conversation, and they all looked right at me. Not one acknowledged me. After I awkwardly intorupted tgem, the one that “helped” me told me that they did not have any. As I’m leaving I notice “aux cords”! She then insists they will not fit my device. Long story short, it does. Rude Lies Dismissive Expensive This store is an example of what not to do in retail.

Huge store that takes up a lot space in a excellent location of Ottawa BUT is never well-stocked! Every time I go in there to check on stock, workers say they're out of this or that and make POOR alternative suggestions. What is wrong with being well stocked THE SOURCE? The old location on Bank street was a quarter the size of this current one and not once in 10 yrs of shopping there, was it ever out of stock.

The staff was indifferent and the manager was rude. Either out of stock, or over priced. Thank goodness for amazon

Keith did a great job helping me get some cable and a really good deal on some bluetooth headphones. They recently did a nice remodelling too so now products are easier to find.
