Apple Rideau

Just wanted to share about my extremely positive experience we had dealing with Corbin at the Rideau Centre in Ottawa on March 23, 2018. Corbin was extremely knowledgable and so professional. He really went above and beyond to ensure my son and I were taken care of. He is such an amazing representative Apple and truly deserves recognition! Thanks for all of your help, hoping this review finds it way way to you Corbin! Keep up the great work and continue to make people happy and satisfied! You are amazing at what you do!! Liz and Ryan

Like every other Apple Store all your familiar iProducts are here to test out hassle-free. The staff are naturally friendly and always available to answer questions. I was able to test out keyboards across many devices without being pressured by anyone until I found something that I was comfortable using.

I am very unsatisfied with my experience at this particular Apple Store. I showed up for my appointment 30 min early to check in only to be turned away, which is understandable. I then came 5 min before my appointment and was seated down at a table with other individuals who were also waiting for their appointments. My appointment was at 3:30 and I had to wait until 4 for someone to show up to help me. Furthermore, the people who I was seated with had been waiting even longer than me. The store is busy, however I know that Apple tends to be strict with their appointments from previous visits. If you are late, you will have to book another appointment. I also noticed that workers were more inclined to help people without appointments. This is very unacceptable considering people with appointments should be treated as PRIORITY. I was treated very well during my appointment, however there was no apology after waiting 30 min for my appointment. Thank you Bryan for finally showing up.

Got my phone fixed quite easily! The process of making an appointment and getting a text when a staff member is ready to serve me is awesome. Went for lunch and right after got a text. In my years dealing with Apple I've only had one not so great experience. I've spoken many times to tech support via chat and phone and get good quality reps.

I will never buy another Apple product again. After the nuisances I’ve had to endure form the updates Apple wants me to do has slowed my computer down. Now it doesn’t even work. This company is ruined. Caveat emptor! Do not buy Apple products! If I wanted a new computer or phone I’d go to Google products.
