Place has great amazing service. I love the selection here. One of the best computer stores in Ottawa. My wife and a frequent this place and we do a lot of or pc shopping for our needs here. I spend way too much money into this place. LAST week I went in and spent almost 6Gs on about 12Gs worth of goods. 50% Savings from the usual pc places I used to visit. Not even stressing about the money. It was well spent for sure no doubt.

If you buy something from behind the counter, be sure to check the component is the correct one. Often they will provide you with the wrong component for some reason. For example if you ask for a 2N3905 you may come out with a 2N3906 or something else.

Great service, they were able to help me fix a very unorthodox power unit (Wall to 3.5mm). The service was fast and the people there were extremely helpful.

Worst experience at this place. They were very helpful until they sold me parts that don’t fit my PCB board. Then it all went downhill. I went back in asking for an exchange at which point the salesperson points me towards his sign which says no refunds or exchanges. I can see why with electronics but these are PCB board mounts that are completely useless to me as they do not fit my board for my project. As such I asked if I could exchange these mounts for banana plugs and pay the difference he would not allow this even though the board mounts are useless to me. I left the PCB mounts at the counter as it was not about the money just rather respecting your customers. Will never recommend this place. Would recommend ActiveTech electronics also located in Ottawa.

The staff here have always been super helpful and polite. Keeping the store stocked seems to be an issue however. Often times when walking in, it seems as though half of the hangers that hold stock in the store are empty waiting for restocking. More times than not, I've come by for a common value potentiometer, or some other common component I need in a pinch, but the hanger is empty, and I'm advised it would be at least a few weeks before more stock came in or to order one. I think this store would definitely see value in a proactive inventory ordering approach, so they aren't regularly out of so many items.
