Great tasting samosas & great customer service The samosas are on the slightly smaller side, but are very tasty. I ordered a mixed 6 piece veggie and meat samosa bag, although they ran out of the lamb option, which was fine by me. My favourite samosa was the potato and pea one, followed by the spinach one. I found the one sauce that it came with to be quite small and not enough for 6 samosas. There was an additional .75 cent charge for an additional sauce, which I had to put on my debit as I didn’t have any change and had already paid for my original order. Both sauces are very tasty - the brown sweeter sauce is probably my favourite of the two - The other one being a green, slightly spicier sauce. The store itself is a little bland, but the friendly warm smiles of the owners make up for it. Overall 4/5 stars and looking forward to coming back and trying other items on their menu.
The most amazing snack / Indian grocery store in Newmarket and area! Quickly dropped by before their closing and they were very nice and welcoming! All 3 staff members are extremely kind and have very professional customer service. Last but not least, the amazing authentic samosas! I got the beef and veg potato and peas samosas and both my wife and I LOVE it! We got 12 pcs for the whole family but ended up eating 6 before we even got down the street! Their mango lassi’s taste really fresh and creamy, and to finish off the combo, their cilantro chutney is soo good! 11/10 would recommend!
We went to this place recently and were amazed by how we were welcomed and greeted by the staff. Absolutely AMAZING FOOD and great selection for SOUTH ASIAN GROCERY. We got to know that the store is under new management especially for the Grocery Store and we could tell because it was looking different than from our visit few months back. We are very happy that we don’t have to drive to Brampton or Toronto anymore for our desi food cravings and to shop for Indian grocery. They have everything here ! Highly recommend
Great selection for Indian grocery. We heard it’s a new management and they really have done a great job reorganizing the whole place. You can find all types spices, snacks, frozen food, flour, rice etc. There will be no more long drives outside Newmarket for getting groceries They have a live kitchen at the back where they prepare fresh delicious samosas and other Indian food. Highly recommend
I had high expectations for this place and was sadly disappointed. The samosas were so so - on the smaller side and the pastry shell was not as crisp and tasty as I was hoping for from a "master". The veggie pakora was also mostly flour, like a dough ball. The grocery section is rather under-stocked. Hoping there is more to come....
Really good addition to Newmarket for a south Asian grocery store… really helpful staff and well stocked aisles for anyone looking for getting a taste of South Asia
I tried pav bhaji and bread pkoras from here, trust me guys they got it fresh
the samosas are so good!!!! I recently tried the potato patty and it was also really tasty. buy a bunch of samosas if you wanna please a crowd bc they are delicious!
This grocery store is quite near my house and it's really convenient for me to get the groceries especially the Indianflour, rice, paneer, faluda etc one at a fair price. Moreover, they are also selling samosas at some reasonable price though it's better to get those ones. Before I used to go to Vaughan for groceries but now it's like 5-10 minutes drive from my place.
Went to Samosa Master two days ago and got some amazing vada pav. It was truly delicious and tasted very authentic. Vaishnavi was chef tht day. She was very friendly and had attention to details. I think this will become a good go to place for Indian Snacks in Newmarket, Arora and East Williambury areas in the coming days.
