I had an uncomfortable experience here due to an Asian staff member with purple glasses and short hair constantly following me and my friends. I think her name tag said Melody but I’m unsure cause she was trying to stay out of my view when it was completely obvious what she was doing. She even checked my friend’s clothing prices, implying we were switching tags. It felt like harassment rather than customer service, making us so uncomfortable that we left. No paying customer should feel targeted like this.
I've donated hundreds if not thousands of dollars in goodsnThe prices are getting out of control, in my opinion there should be a law that for provent thrift stores from going over $10.00 on all prices store wide. You get your stock for free, .... from the local community. You dont pay for your stock, you only pay for your emplyees and then give attitude to the very person that donated the shit you're selling. Nothing should be over $10, I worked in an outlet store that had the same policy. $12.99 for a set of scratched up records: that didn't have a price on, so when I asked about the price, they hike it up bevause someone's interested in it? Shameful. Not to mention the people donating HUGE collections like zara or Dossier perfumes, and they're being sold for $10.99 each, I'm not religoud at all but you guys should be ashamed, calling yourself good doing catholics is a lie and when someone who's already needy has to decide against clothes they need for work because you've decided to make almost every long sleeve shirt 9.99 damn, you are ONLY helping yourself. I'll be going out of my way to donate elsewhere. And at this point I know a lot of the staff by name, it is saddening to see how you treat some of the people who GIVE YOU WHAT YOU SELL.nAnother time no one was present to receive a donation so I popped in and put the box on the floor of the staff area not even one foot inside and was yelled at by the cashier, I understand it sucks to feel overwhelmed but just.... do better.
I have been coming to this location for a while now and have always loved the large selection of clothes. The cashier Demitra was exceptional. Answered all my questions and even helped me find everything I was looking for. Will definitely continue to come back as she made my experience amazing!
