It seems like every time I order from Rosedale my materials have magically vanished for 3-4 weeks ( in some cases a couple months) , it comes in broken. Not just once , not just twice, but several times over the course of 3 years. I have never had any of these problems or such awful customer service with any other shipping companies I use like I have with Rosedale.

Terrible service. This is the second time in 6 months that my order is over a week late. Not sure why, the supplier says they received it exactly on time. This is the 3rd date that they promised it would here by. Still not here.
