A company that survives because of necessity not customer service. Our industry is forced to use persons whom could care less about their customers who are the people they are delivering goods to as much as the ones that are using their warehouse and freight services. The management in the warehouse/shipping/receiving staff are the most unpleasant and unorganized persons I've had to deal with over the past few years. Their growth has gone to there egos and it doesn't hurt to acknowledge and be courteous to persons whom pick up from their location. For the most part the drones who load and drive trucks are pleasant however when asked it's not difficult to get a "I don't make the rules" or "I didn't load the truck" comment from them. This company will never be a best 50 companies to work for in Canada!

I have to phone here every day, often multiple times a day, and am constantly put on hold for AT LEAST 5 minutes EVERY time. I don't know about the staff at Rosedale, but I definitely don't have the time to waste during work hours waiting for one of their two CSR's to take my call.
