Unbelievable customer service, fast and friendly. Their professionalism and knowledge was greatly appreciated. They stayed true to their word by showing up on time, completed the work and left my property in better condition than what they found it. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Customer for life.

I was extremely surprised and pleased with such quick and high level service from Chuck Saturday evening. I called The Rooter Guys and had him at my house in less than an hour. He knew exactly how to fix our problem and I didn't think the price tag was unreasonable. Thank you!! Will use again if needed in the future. Happy to recommend.

I worked here for a few years, I am part of the family that owns it. The only suggestion I would say is ask for the workers Tim or Chuck in most cases they are super friendly for plumbing repairs in most cases and really the best way to get a fair price for the work that is super gross is being polite to the techs cause they always will take some ones heart into consideration though sometimes the price really can't be helped. Also give free estimates. Please do not judge the company by who answers the phones I did for many years and was always as nice and fair as I could be though I know some of the dispatch ie Susan or Dave can be a bit rude and crude at times.

Mac was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, quick and friendly. They were the same price as several other companies, but didn't charge us extra for a Sunday. Thank you!! We will definitely recommend you to our friends and relatives and will use your service again when need be.

Never again! Thank goodness I didn't use these guys. Got an estimate and it was 4 times more than company I ended up using. And the guy said I was getting a deal, yeah, right...
