I had this company out 13 and a half months ago to clear a kitchen sink line and they charged me $188. I had them back due to the line not draining again on November 21 and they said their standard rate went up to $290, in one year that kind of increase! I asked about a warranty on the previous work. Of course the warranty is one year and I was one and a half months beyond that, so rather than demonstrate good customer service, they merely took $45 off the $290, for an hour's work. In short, in my mind they are suspect in their business practices and in their fee structure, way to expensive, and are not customer centric whatsoever. Beware of their prices. FOLLOW-UP on Dec 7, 2017: As per "the owner's response" below, I did call them. The individual that answered the phone ran interference and after putting me on hold, came back and said "she wants to review her online remarks before she returns your call". Fine, and I also suggested she review the service calls performed so she has the "backstory". Well, surprise, surprise! Never got a call back, further suggesting to me this is not a company one wants to do business with.

Paul and Dan came to our side when we were in need! Our sewage backed up into our basement and Dan spent almost the entire day at our house trying to figure out the problem. The next day they made us a priority and fit us in their busy schedule and spent more than half the day installing our new toilet without charge, and finding the solution to our problem. It has been so easy to work with them. They are kind, thorough and took the time to wean through all our insurance coverage and explain to us all our plumbing problems. So thankful that people like them are around to make situations like this go a lot more smoothly!

I called these people last week. They were supposed to be here on Friday, and they never showed up. No call, No Message. They said they were going to be here this morning. When I called them to see if they were in fact going to be here this morning... They didn't even know who I was? These people cannot be trusted to do anything close to what they promise!

Andrea Skites I had an emergency septic backup around 6:30 AM that flooded my basement and they were there Likity Split! Tory was the best Ever and his crew was too.He was there in the freezing weather..dealing with the septic no less and was outside almost all day!!!) .He installed a new pump and fixed everything that came his way...with a smile on his face too. He knows what he is doing and has a Lot of patience and is so courteous! I enjoyed working with him and all that came over to help and will always keep this number in case I ever need plumbing help.Hopefully it wont be too soon!
