True Professionals in the CDA / Post Falls area. Bruce was prompt, quoted the job beforehand, and repaired the plumbing to our bathroom sinks in record time. The whole experience from setting up our appointment over the phone (Didn't have to leave a voicemail!) to repair and paying the bill was Grade A+. Highly recommend- Will be using Glenrose plumbing again.

Called for advice, and when she could not give me a direct answer I was told a service fee of $87 would be charged to come look at it, (which would be waived if repairs were made) but they could not have anyone out for another 4 days (Thursday call, Monday soonest Appointment). An after hours appointment could be made for an additional $125. Called two other local plumbers, they immediately answered my question with an easy fix I could do myself and didn't charge me a dime. Will happily call anyone else besides this company. Seems like they're just after money and not customer satisfaction.

The owner, Heather, called immediately to save the day. She sent someone out immediately to check out my leaky soft water tank. Rick the service professional came out and quoted me for new soft water tank, and hot water tank as well. 2 days later, he promptly came and professionally installed both, taking the old ones for disposal. It took the worries out of my day! He was excellent and got the job done in a timely, efficient manner. Great service. I'd highly recommend this company!

It was a Sunday morning around 8am and the kitchen sink drain was plugged. Same in the bathroom sinks and shower. All were backing up. "Honey, grab the towels!!" I then tried my own snake to no avail. Our friends had used Glenrose Plumbing Services before so my wife called Glenrose Plumbing an spoke with Heather one of the owners(Bruce is her Husband). She said she would talk to Bruce and call right back,she called right back and Bruce was at our house within 2 hours. Bruce did a great job diagnosing the problem and then got right to work fixing the situation. We were so grateful that he was available and would take time out of his Sunday to help us out of a messy, wet situation. Send the rooter man down the road..Call Glenrose Plumbing Services first!!!

When our water heater had a serious malfunction (just before 5:00 PM of course) I called Glenrose Plumbing. I was lucky to catch Heather before she closed up shop and she routed a call to Rick. He came quickly and we had a working water heater in time to do dinner dishes. I have used Glenrose in the past and it has always been a positive experience. Thanks again Rick!
