My family attended an event at the Richmond Grille for a Christmas Gathering and I cannot give the Manager, Bartender, and kitchen staff enough praise. The Richmond Grille was beautifully decorated in all areas of the restaurant bringing such a warm holiday presence. The food was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Such tasty Stuffed mushroom caps like I've never had before with Gouda and chives, cauliflower fritters, a gorgeous fruit and veggie platter that was so full of food, it was almost too pretty to eat. The main food was a Full Taco Bar- so well done. Everything was made from scratch including the guacamole and salsa. It was impressive-unlike any taco bar I had ever seen. And it was all served HOT in a gorgeous display. The Manager (Shane) introduced himself to us as he cleared the tables and asked how everything was. Nice to see a Manager be so hands on and involved. The Bartender (Dee) wore a smile the entire afternoon. The event was open bar so I am sure she was super busy but she never skipped a beat. Overall my family had an outstanding time at the Richmond Grille, with great food and wonderful, personal service. Not something that I see much at all anymore - my family will be sure to be back very soon. Richmond Grille is a hidden gem, but not so hidden in my book anymore.

The service accompanied a very heartfelt menu in the most desirable manner. As if Dee and Steph were all old friends, I was welcomed with the neighborhood charm that is so often overlooked.

Delicious breakfast, friendly service, cozy dining room! We conveniently parked on Main Street and used their side entrance (we didn't realize it was part of a hotel) and were seated right away. They had a traditional breakfast menu as well as a specials menu and a kids menu. Will definitely be going back the next time we visit North Adams!

Dee The Bartender waitress is Awesome.. But we were very very displeased with our food... We were told they changed Chef's Sorry I wont be back...

Stopped in for breakfast with my girlfriend. She ordered the Slider Trio with an orange juice and I ordered the Trio Meat Scramble with a coffee. The waitstaff was kind and quick to seat us, and take our drink order. Took a couple minutes planning what to get. Put our order in and within no time we had our meals. Absolutely amazing service and compliments to the chef. Breakfast was amazing and I'm excited to go back for dinner.
