Deep fried pickle chips, fried mushrooms and pork nachos all were good appetizers. The burgers were exceptional. Nicely blackened on the outside and juicy inside. The Mojo Burger is a must. Excellent level of spice and flavor. Nutella milkshake was also awesome. Great stuff!

Love the rail! After 3 years of coming here it is still just as amazing and innovative as at the beginning. It's also lovely to see familiar, friendly faces-the staff here are just as good as the food.

We are not from this area but read the reviews and since we were close by we came in. We arrived at 5:45 and sat right down. Service is very efficient. We had the fried mushroom appetIzer that was excellent. We both got burgers and they came fast and food is excellent. Place filled up by 6:45. Highly recommended

I have been looking forward to eating at the Rail for months upon months. I recently moved to the area an chose The Rail to be the first place we chose to eat. Hands down the greatest disappointment I’ve experienced in many years. Atmosphere- Didn’t get a good feel of what the vibe was supposed to be the niche. Affordable- 4 total drinks an a small jr hamburger was over 40$. An honestly have had better burgers at Wendy’s. Customer Service- I’m all in support of peoples choices but the employees “hanging” on each and expressing same sex PDA in a dining establishment is a total turn off especially with children there to eat. Simple one of the worst food an dining experience I’ve ever had.

Stopped in at The Rail with a group of 12. We were seated in a large area we were told is being added to TheRail. The food was decent but the services was horrible. We were told to go to the bar and let them know when we were ready to order. The food came out to the table per person instead of all together. A few of our friends were done eating before we had our drinks. Appetizers came out with the burgers. The server brought 6 glasses to the table pointed to a drink machine and said “we are on the honor system here help your self.” We really don’t mind the prices, but if your going to be on the higher side the service should be good. The Rail pretty much had the feel of Five Guys except at Five guys everyone gets there food at the same time. The Rail is going to be bumped out of the rotation for a while. I guess we are a little hard to please, but if I go to dinner with a group of 12 I expect to eat with them not after.
