"The dank, Mo...the Dank!" Don't expect much and you'll be happier with this joint. Overrated IMO. $6 for a basket full of nothing but pieces of pepperoni that have been deep fried? Maybe let's call them "chips", not bites (the latter leads one to think of something a bit more substantial). Other appetizers were better, but not great. The food is decent. I recommend trying the grilled cheese w/ lobster in it and avoiding the one with mashed potatoes with bourbon gravy. The night we went, they were definitely understaffed and so the service wasn't exactly on point. On a positive note, if you're going to see a show at the Civic Theater, this place is a stone's throw down on the opposite side of the street.

Lockview is a place we keep coming back to! Don’t let the run down appearance fool you. They have 13 or so different types of grilled cheese sandwiches on the menu along with lots of other options as well. Nice beer selection both on draft in bottles. I had an excellent Bloody Mary too. If you like grilled cheese this is way better than Melt.

A great bar with an awesome beer selection and great food to boot. They're famous for their grilled cheese sandwiches which come as humble or extravagant as you like without breaking the bank. There might only be 12 taps, but the canned and bottled selection is out of the world, with at least 100 different options. They offer goldfish crackers as a standard side which is nice with the grilled cheeses, but the tator tots are worth the upgrade.

They have the best grilled cheese and tomato soup I've ever had! They're original, have a great staff and atmosphere and it's definitely worth every penny. (Grilled cheese is $6 tomato soup is $4)

Good location, excellent food, pleasant and low-key atmosphere. The service was very kind and accommodating, although food delivery was slightly slower than I would have liked. Also, even though the food was great tasting, a larger portion would not go amiss.
