Story

Brooklyn restaurant pioneer Mark Firth brings the same rustic delicious food he served at his previous restaurants Diner and Marlow & Sons, to the Berkshires. We use only the freshest produce, mostly from local farms, and we buy whole animals, so we go through all the different cuts of meat, and our menu changes daily.

We take reservations for parties six or more by phone @ 413-528-5050.

Dear Bettina and Mark,

Thanks again for making our anniversary so special. We drove all the way up from Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and it was so worth the trip. The steak was perfectly aged and prepared, the kale soup was delicious, and the tagliatelle was one of the best we've had. 

Thanks for the complimentary tea and for seating is at the best spot in the restaurant.

Loved loved loved this place! Unique and special in so many ways. Food was fantastic. Great service. We were in town for a wedding. Had dinner twice in one weekend it was so good!

This is a restaurant inside of a colonial style manor house. Very quaint and great food

Food was average. Service was average though it could have been our server. 
On the other hand, the toffee pudding was great.
